BETAFILL™ seam sealants are single-component polyurethanes that offer permanent elasticity and good adhesion properties to a variety of substrates, making them ideal for manufacturing and repair applications such as panel sealing, gap filling and finishing.
BETAFILL seam sealants help prevent moisture intrusion that can lead to corrosion while also protecting interior compartments from dust, dirt, fumes and moisture. The sealants also may provide acoustical and thermal management advantages.

Applications
BETAFILL seam sealants can be used for seams and joints, roof and floor locations, underbody and wheel wells.
Application Methods
Available in black, grey or white, BETAFILL seam sealants can be applied using either manual or pneumatic guns, and once cured, can be abraded and over-painted with most paint systems. Technical Service and Development is offered to assure proper application techniques.
