BETAFILL™ 45 adhesive and seam sealer is a one-component, moisture-curing polyurethane adhesive and sealant with durable elasticity and good primerless adhesion to a variety of substrates. This product is designed to provide excellent sprayability and demonstrates good sag resistance in spray applications. BETAFILL 45 can be over-painted immediately or after it fully cures.

Application

BETAFILL 45 adhesive and seam sealer bonds to a variety of substrates and is ideal for making durable elastic seals. This product is intended to be used in commercial vehicle applications where seam sealing and semi-structural bonding are required.

Application Method

BETAFILL 45 adhesive and seam sealer may be applied manually or robotically using spray, stream or swirl application methods. This product can also be applied in bead form, and tooled to a variety of finishes.
