INTEGRAL adhesives films are heat- and pressure-activated, highly engineered thermoplastic polyolfin adhesives that are available in a clean, dry (solvent-free), non-tacky form.
INTEGRAL 900 adhesive film is a heat-activated, moldable, thermally stable adhesive film capable of bonding to urethane foam-backed fabrics, polyester and nylon fabrics, fiberglass, and rigid urethanes. It provides reduced cycle times for molding of interior trim, with good deep-draw characteristics for contoured areas. This film can be pre-applied to foam-backed fabrics and reactivated to bond to fiberglass and other substrates in molding operations.
