INTEGRAL adhesives films are heat- and pressure-activated, highly engineered thermoplastic polyolefin adhesives that are available in a clean, dry (solvent-free), non-tacky form.
INTEGRAL 925LM High Heat Adhesive Film is a heat-activated, thermally stable adhesive film for automotive applications capable of bonding to urethane foam-backed fabrics, paper, fiberglass, non-wovens and rigid urethanes. This thermally activated adhesive film can be pre-applied to foam-backed fabrics and re-activated to bond to substrates in molding operations. This film contains a high temperature core layer component.
Product Benefits:
- Creates a moisture barrier for breathability and acoustical reduction
- Lowers the coefficient of friction
- Improves shape retention
- Functions as a mold release
- Enhances acoustics
- Eliminates need for spray booths and drying ovens
- No VOC emissions
- Heat activation point: 255°F (125°C)
- Barrier layer melting point: 330°F (165°C)
Application:
INTEGRAL 925LM is ideal for contoured areas and deep draw adhesion for continuous in-line lamination, extrusion and bonding/heated match molding for headliners, door trim, package trays and truck liners.
