INTEGRAL adhesives films are heat- and pressure-activated, highly engineered thermoplastic polyolfin adhesives that are available in a clean, dry (solvent-free), non-tacky form.

INTEGRAL 936 high heat monolayer adhesive film is a heat-activated, thermally stable adhesive film for automotive applications capable of bonding to urethane foam-backed fabrics, paper, cardboard, fiberglass, nonwovens and rigid urethanes. This film contains a higher temperature melting point component.

Product Benefits:

  • Creates a moisture barrier for breathability and acoustical reduction
  • Lowers the coefficient of friction
  • Improves shape retention
  • Functions as a mold release
  • Enhances acoustics
  • Eliminates need for spray booths and drying ovens
  • No VOC emissions
  • Can be pre-applied to foam-backed fabrics and reactivated to bond to substrates in molding operations
