INTEGRAL adhesives films are heat- and pressure-activated, highly engineered thermoplastic polyolfin adhesives that are available in a clean, dry (solvent-free), non-tacky form.
INTEGRAL 936 high heat monolayer adhesive film is a heat-activated, thermally stable adhesive film for automotive applications capable of bonding to urethane foam-backed fabrics, paper, cardboard, fiberglass, nonwovens and rigid urethanes. This film contains a higher temperature melting point component.
Creates a moisture barrier for breathability and acoustical reduction
Lowers the coefficient of friction
Improves shape retention
Functions as a mold release
Eliminates need for spray booths and drying ovens
No VOC emissions
Can be pre-applied to foam-backed fabrics and reactivated to bond to substrates in molding operations
Application: INTEGRAL 936 adhesive film is ideal for automotive carpet, headliners, door trim, package trays, truck liners.
Application Methods: Hot Roll Lamination, Calendar Method, Sheet Extrusion Method, Continuous Operations Method
Material Type: Adhesive film
