SPECFLEX semi-flexible polyurethane foam systems are available for a broad range of applications requiring a plush, padded look and feel. All SPECFLEX systems are water blown, containing no CFCs or other known ozone-depleting substances.

SPECFLEX NC 630 polyol is a specialty capped polyol with high molecular weight, functionality and primary hydroxyl content, making it ideal for high-resilience flexible molded foams used in seating and interior trim applications.

Application:
SPECFLEX NC 630 polyol is ideal for seating and interior trim applications and has been successfully been used in TDI and TDI/MDI blends and all-MDI isocyanate compositions. It also may be used in conjunction with copolymer polyols such as SPECFLEX NC 700 to make high load-bearing and dual hardness foams as well as used for a broad range of semi-flexible molded foam applications.
