SPECFLEX semi-flexible polyurethane foam systems are available for a broad range of applications requiring a plush, padded look and feel. All SPECFLEX systems are water blown, containing no CFCs or other known ozone-depleting substances.

SPECFLEX NC 700 polyol is a unique grafted polyether polyol designed for use in the manufacture of high-resiliency flexible molded foam, high-comfort flexible foam and semi-flexible molded foam in seating and interior trim applications. It is BHT-free, has been filtered to 200 microns and can be used to produce high-load-bearing foams over a wide density range.

Application:
SPECFLEX NC 700 polyol has successfully been used in formulations utilizing all TDI or TDI/polymeric MDI blends and all polymeric MDI compositions. Applications include wide use in automotive interiors for pillars, acoustical insulation/foam, armrests, consoles, energy management foam, headrests/seat cushioning, steering wheels; and a variety of instrument panel components such as air bag doors and knee bolsters.
