VORANOL 4703 polyether polyol is a nominal 5000 molecular weight, high-reactivity capped triol. It has a high primary hydroxyl content, making it suitable for use in making all types of high resiliency (HR) foam. It has been successfully used to make both slabstock and molded foams based on TDI, TDI/MDI or all-MDI isocyanates
Can be successfully used to make both slabstock and molded foams based on TDI, TDI/MDI or all-MDI isocyanates
Manufactured without the use of BHT
Low VOC emissions
Compliance with FMVSS 302 for horizontal burn
VORANOL 4703 polyether polyol can be used in a broad range of semi-flexible applications, including NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) molding, HR molding, TDI molding and formulating (systems) and for the production of specialty foams for interior trim and seating applications.
